Welcome to Module 2, The Physical Body.
Our soul-healing Replenish journey continues, now focusing on the Physical Body.
Beginning with the Mental Body teachings, you refined the use of your mind to experience inner stillness, you held space for the dualistic nature of life, and you used the neutral mind state to integrate oneness into your view of yourself and the world around you.
Now, you will anchor your mind in the present even more by tuning in with what it means to be in your body, to have a body, to be a body!
Welcome to Module 3, The Emotional Body.
During weeks 7-9 you are working with the emotional aspect of your being.
The Emotional Aspect of our being represents our energy expression and how we integrate the effects of relationships.
We are using our connection with energy in motion to process emotions and heal our wounds with love. An emotion is energy in motion with the imprints of desire and the soul's urging to fully express. Our emotions are beautiful and have so much to teach us.
Welcome to Module 4, The Spiritual Body.
We have come to the final module of this 12-week soul healing journey.
During weeks 10-12, we are working with the spiritual aspect of our being.
The elements we are working with are: earth, air, fire, water, AND especially: ether.
The chakras we are working with are: crown, heart, root.
The Spiritual Aspect of our being represents the integration of all our aspects into one expression. We are using our connection with divine source energy to cultivate inner peace. Spirituality is a personal experience. Our spiritual body is the emanation of our vibrational frequency. The spiritual aspect of self teaches us how to connect with ourselves, if we but listen.
